Biography

Claire Bergeron has headed the STM's GIS department since 2020, where she oversees the integration of geospatial technologies in transportation network planning, preventive maintenance and mobility analysis. She led the migration to a cloud GIS architecture and deployment of real-time analytics tools for the bus network.
