Biography

Jean-François Leblanc has led CERGQ, Quebec's main applied geomatics research center, since 2018. He has devoted his career to bridging academic, government and industrial sectors. Under his leadership, CERGQ has developed partnerships with more than 30 organizations and secured over $15M in research funding. He is the initiator of the Quebec spatial reference network.
