Biography

Marc Beauchamp is Chief Scientist at MELCCFP, where he oversees the use of geospatial technologies for monitoring Quebec's ecosystems. His work focuses on change detection via remote sensing, wildlife habitat modeling and wetland mapping. Author of more than 40 scientific publications, he is recognized as one of Canada's most influential experts in environmental geospatial.
