Biography

Pierre Ouellet has led the City of Quebec's geomatics services for 15 years, one of Canada's most advanced for urban digital twins. He is the architect of the Old Quebec digital twin project, internationally recognized for its integration of historical heritage and real-time 3D data. Outgoing President of the Quebec Association of Geomatics Professionals.
