Biography

Robert Cloutier has worked with the Cree Nation Government since 2016 to develop culturally adapted geospatial tools for managing ancestral territory. His projects combine traditional Indigenous knowledge and modern geospatial technologies to document cultural sites, plan resource management and support territorial negotiations.
