Biography

Sophie Tremblay has led the City of Montreal's geospatial data strategy since 2019. A pioneer of urban open data, she oversaw the deployment of the donnees.montreal.ca platform and the integration of geospatial into the metropolis's decision-making processes. She holds a PhD in Geography from the Université de Montréal and a Master's in Geographic Information Management from McGill.
